How we work

Every renovation follows the same transparent, step-by-step process. From the first intake to the final handover, we keep things clear, predictable and on schedule.

01. Consultation & Site Visit

We start with a personal conversation and, where necessary, a visit to the property. We listen to your ideas, assess the existing situation and discuss the possibilities, priorities and expectations for your project.

02. Assessment & Project Plan

After the site visit, we define the required scope of work. We discuss technical solutions, material choices, the desired finish and the most efficient sequence of works.

03. Clear Quotation & Agreements

You receive a clear quotation outlining the agreed scope of work and costs. We go through the proposal with you and answer any questions before you make your final decision.

04. Approval, Deposit & Planning

Once the quotation is approved, we confirm the project. The agreed deposit is paid, after which we schedule the project and confirm the start date. Where required, materials are ordered and the final details are coordinated.

Payment terms are agreed in advance and, depending on the size of the project, payments may be divided into several stages throughout the renovation.

05. Preparation & Construction

Our team begins according to the agreed schedule. We coordinate the different trades and oversee the progress, workmanship and quality throughout the project.

If unforeseen work or changes arise during the renovation, we discuss them with you first, including any impact on the price or schedule, before any additional work is carried out.

06. Final Inspection & Handover

Once the work is complete, we carefully inspect the project and walk through the finished result together with you. Any final points are discussed and addressed before the project is officially handed over.
