Who We Work With

HOMEOWNERS

Your home. Thoughtfully
transformed.

A renovation shaped around your life, with experienced craftsmanship, personal guidance and clear agreements. We coordinate the work with care, from your first ideas to the final handover.

ESTATE AGENTS

A partner you can rely on.

We prepare homes for sale through repairs and targeted renovation. As your partner for ongoing cooperation, we coordinate the agreed work with clear communication, personal responsibility and a dedicated point of contact.

PROPERTY INVESTORS

Your property. A considered
next step.

Renovation aligned with your plans for sale or rental. We help prioritise improvements and define the scope, then coordinate the agreed work with clear proposals, careful execution and a focus on lasting quality.

ANDREAS

Co-owner & Technical Director

Experience behind every decision.

For Andreas, craftsmanship began long before it became a profession. Learned from an early age through a family tradition, it has grown into more than 20 years of practical experience in construction and renovation.

Today, he brings that knowledge to the technical direction of each project, guiding the team and overseeing the work. His name stands behind the company — and with it, a personal commitment to the quality of what we deliver.

ANASTASIIA

Co-owner & Project Manager

Your vision, understood and coordinated.

Anastasiia is your first point of contact and the link between you and the team. She takes time to understand your ideas, priorities and expectations, helping turn them into a clearly defined project.

From initial discussions and quotations to agreements, documentation and ongoing coordination, she keeps communication clear and decisions organised, so you know what has been agreed and what comes next.

OUR TEAM

The people behind your renovation

Individual skill. A shared standard.

Our team brings together practical skills across the different stages of renovation. Working alongside Andreas and Anastasiia, they turn agreed plans into carefully executed work, with attention to both the overall result and the details.

Respect for your property, care on site and responsibility for their work shape how they approach each project — from preparation to the final finishing touches.

We believe that trust is built through clear agreements, care for your home and work we take pride in.
