A beautiful floor needs a well-prepared foundation.

We assess the existing subfloor and carry out the necessary removal, repairs and levelling before installing the new finish. Where required, we incorporate floor insulation and coordinate the installation of water-based or electric underfloor heating.

Each layer is considered as part of one complete system. We assess which combinations of subfloor, insulation, heating and flooring are suitable for your property, paying attention to available floor height, heat transfer and the requirements of the selected materials.

From the preparation of the base to the laying pattern, edges, thresholds and skirting boards, we work carefully to create a consistent, neatly finished result.

Our approach

We begin with a personal consultation to understand your wishes and assess the existing floor. We discuss the appearance you want to achieve, how the rooms are used and whether insulation or underfloor heating should be included.

We then explain the suitable options for your home. Together, we consider materials, colours, laying patterns, maintenance and budget, helping you choose a floor that combines the look you love with everyday practicality.

As suppliers of a range of parquet flooring, we can arrange both the flooring and its installation. This allows us to coordinate material selection, delivery, preparation and fitting as one complete project.

You receive a clear quotation for the agreed works. Once approved, we plan the different stages — from removing the old floor and preparing the subfloor to installing insulation, heating and the chosen finish.

We follow the installation requirements of each flooring system, including checks on the condition, flatness and moisture of the subfloor, suitable adhesives or underlays, and the necessary expansion gaps. When underfloor heating is included, we also account for material compatibility and the required commissioning procedure.
