Before work begins, we establish what will be removed, what will be retained and how the surrounding areas will be protected. We coordinate the disconnection of affected electrical and plumbing installations and plan the sequence of work.
We use appropriate equipment and methods to limit unnecessary damage, dust and disruption. Where structural alterations are involved, we coordinate the necessary assessment and preparation with the relevant specialists before proceeding.
We also organise debris removal and the agreed waste disposal, separating materials where practical. Once the removal work is complete, we prepare the space for the next stage of construction.
Our approach
We begin with a personal consultation and inspect the areas to be cleared. Together, we discuss your renovation plans, the scope of demolition and any features or materials you want to preserve.
You receive a clear quotation for the agreed removal, protection, waste disposal and preparation work. Once approved, we plan access, arrange the required equipment and containers, and coordinate the schedule.
Throughout the project, you have one dedicated point of contact. We keep you informed and discuss any unexpected findings that could affect the next stage of the renovation.

Work completed
Demolition and preparation at the start of a bathroom renovation, including removal of existing fittings and finishes, arranging a waste container and debris removal. Where required, a construction hoist is arranged to transport materials and debris.
Demolition costs depend on the scope, accessibility and equipment required and are calculated as part of the individual renovation project.
