A Bedroom Retreat in Warm Minimalism
A complete bedroom renovation by Andreas Bouw Vision, transforming a dated room into a calm, contemporary retreat. The work included replacement of the flooring, a full renewal of the walls and ceiling, and installation of decorative wall panels and new lighting. The interior brings warm neutral tones, wood flooring and softly lit wall detailing into a cohesive composition. Fluted panels give the room architectural rhythm, while floating furniture and understated storage keep the space visually light. The design centres on the experience of the room: a welcoming place to unwind at the end of the day.
A quieter space. A warmer atmosphere. Thoughtfully renewed for moments of rest.

Before the Transformation
The bedroom’s dated finishes called for a fresh approach to the entire space. Our starting point was to consider how light, colour and everyday use could work together, establishing a clear direction for a room that would feel restful, personal and quietly refined.
Crafting the Space with Precision and Care
The renovation renewed the room from floor to ceiling. We replaced the flooring, fully refreshed the walls and ceiling, and installed decorative wall panels and new lighting. These elements were coordinated with the furniture layout, with careful attention to edges, junctions and alignment. Each stage contributed to a consistent finish and a complete transformation of the space.

Final Result
The finished bedroom finds its character in subtle contrasts: pale fluted panels against smooth walls, warm wood beneath soft textiles, and slender lines of light framing the space. Floating bedside units and discreet storage complement the clean composition, while layered curtains soften the daylight. The result is an intimate, contemporary room whose sense of refinement comes from proportion, texture and carefully resolved details.
