We create new electrical layouts, replace outdated wiring and install or update sockets, switches, circuits and distribution boards. We also plan and install lighting, positioning connections around your room layout, appliances and everyday needs.
For plumbing, we install and replace water pipes, drainage pipes and connections. From renewing old pipework to preparing installations for a new kitchen, bathroom or toilet, we adapt the work to the existing property and the planned layout.
We pay attention to pipe and cable routes, accessible connections and coordination with the surrounding construction. Installations are checked and tested as appropriate before the agreed finishing work is completed.

We begin with a personal consultation and assess the existing installations or new-build plans. Together, we discuss what needs replacing, which connections you need and how the spaces will be used.
Our electricians and plumbers help develop a practical installation plan. We coordinate electrical and plumbing work with each other and with any demolition, wall preparation or finishing included in the project.
You receive a clear quotation for the agreed scope. Once approved, we plan the work and organise each stage, from removing outdated installations to fitting and checking the new systems.
Throughout the project, you have one dedicated point of contact. We keep you informed and ensure the technical work is coordinated with the overall renovation.

Indicative pipework cost: €1,000–€1,500 incl. VAT
Complete toilet renovation price: €4,800 incl. VAT, including pipework replacement.
Work completed
Complete replacement and rerouting of the toilet’s water supply and drainage pipes after demolition, using suitable modern pipe systems and new connections. The work formed part of the complete toilet renovation.
The pipework range is indicative and is included within, rather than added to, the total renovation price. Costs depend on pipe routes, accessibility and the connections required. Every project is quoted individually.
