How long does a renovation usually take?
The duration of a renovation depends on the size and complexity of the project. After assessing the project, we provide a clear schedule with an expected start and completion date. Throughout the renovation, we keep you informed about the progress.
How is the price of a renovation determined?
The price is based on the scope of work, the existing condition of the property, material choices and the desired level of finish. After discussing your project and, where necessary, visiting the property, we provide a clear quotation outlining the agreed work and costs.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Once the quotation has been approved, an agreed deposit is required to confirm the project and secure the planning. For larger projects, the remaining amount may be divided into several payment stages linked to the progress of the work. All payment terms are clearly agreed in advance.
What happens if additional work is required?
During a renovation, unforeseen work may sometimes become necessary because certain conditions were not visible or could not reasonably be identified beforehand. You may also decide to make additional changes during the project. In such cases, we discuss the additional work, any extra costs and the possible impact on the schedule with you before the additional work is carried out. This keeps the process transparent and avoids unexpected costs afterwards.
Do you help with choosing materials?
Yes. We are happy to advise you on materials, colours, finishes and practical solutions that suit your property, preferences and budget. We consider not only appearance, but also quality, durability and technical suitability.
Which areas do you operate in?
Andreas Bouw Vision primarily works throughout South Holland and the Randstad, including The Hague, Rotterdam and surrounding areas. If your project is located outside this region, feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
